The Website, Belle Regali and You
'We', 'our' or 'Belle Regali' refers to Belleregali.com, 'you' and 'your' refers to you the purchaser of goods from this website.
Belle Regali (Belleregali.com) advertises products on its website as an 'invitation to treat'. This is an indication that Belle Regali may be prepared to enter into a contract of sale with you the purchaser. A contract of sale between Belle Regali and you the purchaser will only be valid once we have sent you an invoice and dispatched the goods.
Placing an Order
By placing an order you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions. If you are unsure of any aspect of these terms, you should contact us before placing your order.
To place an order, browse the website and add the items to your basket that you wish to buy. After you have completed your selection go to your Shopping Cart, check the details are all correct and then click 'Checkout'. You will be asked for a few details and payment in order to complete your purchase. After your payment has been processed, your order will be sent to Belle Regali for verification.
Confirmation of Order
Before an order is accepted, Belle Regali must receive payment in full. Once we have accepted your offer to purchase goods from our website, payment has been verified and stock levels confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please keep this email for your records. (Confirmation of an order does not indicate that a contract between us exists. We will indicate acceptance of your order, hence a contract of sale between us will exist only when we send you an invoice and the goods have been dispatched.) You will receive a further email notification once your order has been dispatched.
Although every effort is made to ensure that products and prices are as up to date as possible, prices and availability of goods may be subject to change without notice. In the event that a product has been incorrectly priced or an item is no longer available, you will be notified and given an option to accept the correct price, to purchase alternative goods or receive a refund. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery times and charges.
Back Orders
If, for any reason, an item is out of stock following receipt of your order, you will be notified accordingly and given the option to back order the item, purchase an alternative item or cancel your order. If an item is shown as Temporarily Out of Stock on our website, by special arrangement we can back order items for you. Please use the 'Contact Us' form to let us know if you wish to back order a particular item. You will then be advised an estimated delivery date, which you can choose to accept by confirming your Back Order by return email, or decline. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, we will assume that you do not wish to proceed with your Back Order. If you confirm your wish to Back Order an item, you will be notified by email when the item is back in stock and you may place your order via the website in the normal way. You will receive a confirmation email of your order, plus further notification once your order has been dispatched. (If, for any reason, the item subsequently becomes unavailable from our own suppliers, you will be advised accordingly.)
Special Order Items
Some items on our website may be noted as 'Special Order' items. In this instance, these items are available to purchase, but they have a longer lead time of 14-21 days delivery. You may purchase these items in the usual way. You will receive a confirmation of your order by email, but please note that Special Order items have an estimated delivery time of 14-21 days. If you have placed an order for other items at the same time as your Special Order item, then all items will be dispatched along with your Special Order. You will be notified again once your completed order has been dispatched. If, for any reason, the item subsequently becomes unavailable from our own suppliers, you will be advised accordingly and receive a full refund.
Discounted Items
In the event an item is shown at a reduced price, the item will be subject to stock availability. The discount is applicable to the product only and not against postage or packing.
Your right to cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel your order within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded within 30 days.
Returns
All our goods are quality checked before dispatch. However, if you are not entirely happy with the products you have chosen you are legally entitled to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.
If you wish to return any products to us, you must contact us by email sales@belleregali.com before returning the items and within 7 days from receipt of the goods, stating your order number, details of the item to be returned and the reason for return, together with details of whether you would like an exchange or refund. We will then contact you to issue a returns authorisation number and advise the best method of return.
Goods must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging to us within 14 working days from receipt of the goods. Carefully pack the items back in the delivery parcel, together with the invoice (or copy) and contact us for a returns verification code. For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of any products to us. If you prefer (particularly if the goods are large or fragile and could easily be damaged in transit) we will arrange for you to return the goods via our courier (subject to postcode area), but the cost of this will be charged to you and will be deducted from any refund due to you. We will only refund the cost of postage where the item returned is faulty.
It is not our policy to accept goods back for credit or exchange outside of these terms. If goods you receive are faulty or damaged in transit you must contact us immediately on the day of receipt, advising that the goods were damaged on arrival. Items may be exchanged or refunded providing the damage occurs prior to delivery.
Please take care to read our product Tips & Trends page to ensure you are aware of the nature of our products and the attention to the care of these items. We can not accept items for an exchange or refund if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used.
When returning goods, we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage. We can not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
For reasons of hygiene we can not exchange or refund pierced earrings.
Delivery Times and Charges
Belle Regali currently delivers to the UK only, by Royal Mail or contract courier.
Jewellery and small items (where specified) - £4.95 per delivery for any number of items.
Please allow 5-7 working days for your delivery (subject to stock availability)
All other items - £6.99 per delivery for any number of items.

Special Order items – the above delivery charges apply, but please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
Fine Art – please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
All goods require a signature upon delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified by a confirmation of dispatch email.
All delivery dates quoted are estimated dates and may be subject to change and we can not accept liability for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) for delays arising during the shipping / delivery process.

Payment & Taxes
We accept online payment in a secure and safe environment in order to protect our customers. Payment details are not stored by Belle Regali and are used only when placing your order via our online payment system using an SSL enabled link. When paying for your goods, you will be directed to the Paypal payment page. Paypal offers one of the most powerful online secure payment environments in the world and is a leader in privacy and identity protection. You may make your payment by any of the major credit/debit cards accepted by Paypal, or via your Paypal account. Your credit/debit card will only be debited if your credit/debit card payment has been authorised by Paypal.
Before an order is accepted, Belle Regali must receive payment in full. Once your payment has been verified by Paypal you will be sent an email receipt acknowledging your order.
Tax charges - Belle Regali is currently not VAT registered.

We pride ourselves on providing unusual and exciting design-led products. Many are hand made or hand finished. This is how they are intended to be and the resulting variable finishes are what set them apart from multiple mass produced items. Hand made ceramics will vary slightly in shade and/or size. Hand glazed ceramics are likely to have firing marks, glaze bubbles or runs as part of their special character.
